COVID 19: Hello family! We know that we are all living in stressful and scary times. It’s moments like this when we need our communities the most. COVID 19 has presented us with an opportunity to redefine what it means to be a great community member. We may not be able to climb physically together in the gym or in the outdoors, but every day that we individually make the choice to help flatten curve is an act of community. We appreciate each and every one of you. We especially appreciate all the essential warriors who are living each day exposing themselves to greater risk. All of our in-person events may be paused right now, but we are holding each of you in hearts.
