Since The Brown Ascenders was established in 2017, we have been working to create access to outdoor spaces and climbing. We have built a beautiful family in the Bay Area, that we are expanding to other cities and states. Why? Because we understand that access is worthless if folks don't feel safe and empowered enough to tap into that access.
Our core values are simple, representation, community and growth. We cultivate community, facilitate safe spaces, and advocate for change that is systematic and sustainable.
