TBA VOLUNTEERS

Behind every successful hangout are each and every one of you, our community members! You are the reason we have been able to build spaces that are fun and safe for seasoned climbers and brand spanking new climbers alike. How would you like to make it official?

Each hangout we need folks to help teach others how to belay, how to fall safely, climbing etiquette, to greet folks at our table, help folks with gear, run warm-ups, teach mock leading, help folks feel welcomed and more. We are a community group, built and supported by community.

If you are interested in taking our relation to the next level, click the link below and fill out the form.

Do you wish there was a was BIPOC group of awesome humans you could hang out with in your area? Do you love bringing people together and having fun? Do you want to make an impact in your community? Then becoming a TBACC may be perfect for you!

Our Community Cultivators play a vital roll in creating points of access to climbing and outdoor spaces within our community. Our ambassadors host meets up in their cities, create partnerships with other outdoor groups, and help us spread the TBA love to larger audience. The goal of TBA isn’t just to build diverse spaces but to build inclusive spaces. We want to help shift the narrative of who does and doesn’t belong in the outdoors, the climbing gym, and beyond.
