Community Cultivator Coordinator
The main role of our TBA-CCC is to organize and nurture of Community Coordinators (CCs). The TBA-CCC makes sure the Cultivators have all the resources they need to host hangouts, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and help to foster a sense of community and teamwork among our Cultivators.
Events Coordinator
Offering rich community events is a vital part of TBA’s work. The events coordinators are responsible for brainstorming potential events, logistically planning and organizing events, as well as partnering with other groups and/or organizations to host events; in both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Brand Partnerships Coordinator
Our TBA-BPC is the bridge between TBA and brands. Their job is to seek out relationships with brands that align with our overall mission and goals as an organization. They are also responsible for fielding requests for partnerships and/or collaborations from brands and/or other community organizations.
Social Marketing Coordinator
Our TBA-SMC’s goal is to develop interesting and relevant content for TBA’s social media platforms, as well as handle the marketing of TBA events and initiatives. They are also responsible for strategizing on the best ways to disseminate educational and informational content.
Ed Programming Coordinator
TBA Demo Series is our way of delivering educational content to our community. The series may include outdoor and/or indoor skill clinics, environmental conservation workshops, training for injury prevention and more. The main role of our TBA-EPC to logistically develop and plan clinics and workshops.
Youth Programming Coordinator
Fostering a connection to the outdoors in the hearts and mind of our youths can and will change the world. TBA uses climbing as a vehicle to help youth connect to themselves, each other, and nature. Our TBA-YPC works to cultivate programing for youth; such as summer camps, after school programs and more.
